Basically I used the Banana Cupcake Recipe from the “Divine Cupcakes” cookbook. I then scooped out the middle with a little knife and filled the cupcake with caramel. You can buy the caramel from the supermarket or make it yourself. Me, I always buy it from the supermarket….such a cheat!

Once I have filled the cupcakes with the Caramel then I top with lashings of caramel frosting.

The Caramel Frosting is from the Divine cookbook also….see it really is a great book.

And waaaalaaaa here is the finished product……..yummy!!!!!!!
