How to make Fondant Hearts


















Tools required:
·      Dusting Pouch
·      Satin Ice Fondant (I used Red, but any color is fine)
·      Small Rolling pin
·      Heart cutters
·      Palette Knife
·      Wilton Roll n Cut Mat
·      Baking tray
·      Baking paper



Step 1:
Put the baking paper down onto the baking tray ready for your cut out hearts to dry.

Step 2:
Lightly dust the mat with you dusting pouch.

Step 3:
Roll fondant out to the desired thickness (don’t be tempted to turn the fondant over, it’s best to roll it on one side, however you can move the piece of fondant around the mat making sure it doesn’t stick)




Step 4:
Take your heart cutter and start cutting out your shapes and place them onto the tray lined with baking paper.





Note: You will have to re-roll the fondant out again and again to keep from wastage.
